Hygeia Health Club Welcome to the Hygeia Health Club, where fitness and wellness have never been more convenient. In collaboration with Sentara Health Care Systems we are dedicated to helping our residents achieve their optimal health and wellness. Reminiscent of a fine health spa, the Hygeia Health Club and the surrounding area features a host of services and amenities to include:

Separate Exercise Room and Scheduled Classes throughout the week
