Waterfront Club

Exclusive Club Memberships are available to adults and corporations.  For the protection of our members a brief application process is required which includes credit review and background check. All applications are subject to approval. Expenses incurred while at the Club will be invoiced monthly and are payable by the 15th of the following month. 

Annual Membership Fee:

$600 single membership $660 family

$400/person $460/ family group discount membership - 25 or more members

$4,000 corporate membership 9 - 50 memberships

$5,000 corporate membership 51 -100 memberships

Quarterly Minimum:                

$450 single, family and group memberships, no minimums for corporate

Nine distinctly unique venues, many with waterfront views are available for entertaining, business meetings or intimate private gatherings. Professional on site catering and event planning is available for the convenience of club members.

Dining

Gourmet dining is available in two distinct waterfront venues.  You can also enjoy a more relaxed menu poolside or in the Bar and Lounge areas. A decadent Sunday Brunch is available between 10 am and 2 pm weekly by reservation.

Guest Suite

Our well-appointed two bedroom guest suite complete with waterfront views is available at a nightly rate exclusively for club members and residents. Guests will enjoy an on-site Concierge, housekeeping services and our convenient room service option as part of their stay.

Fitness Club with Indoor Pool

The Chamberlin’s state of the art fitness center is available 24-hours daily. As a member you’ll enjoy the indoor heated pool complete with private locker rooms, towel service and a casual poolside menu.

Business Center

Enjoy complimentary use of the business center complete with two computers, hi-speed internet, fax, copier, scanner and printer. Wireless Internet is also available throughout the Grand Lobby for your convenience.

Entertainment & Private Social Events

As a prefered club member you'll enjoy a full calendar of social events and entertaining including live music in the piano lounge, regularly scheduled wine tasting & themed dinners. The well-appointed Officers Club is also available for the exclusive enjoyment of Club members and residents.
